The Waterside Primary Academy is a 3-11 Academy whose core purpose will be to ensure that learning, progress and achievement is outstanding and that aspirations are high for every individual pupil.
Admission numbers
The Waterside Primary Academy has the following Pupil Admission Number (PAN):
- 30 for pupils in Year R (Reception)
To apply for a place at The Waterside Primary Academy
For admission to our nursery provision, parents should contact the Trust to apply for a place by emailing waterside@greenwoodacademies.org
For admission to primary reception, in the year preceding admissions, Nottingham City Council will process applications outside the normal local authority process for co-ordinating school offers.
This means you will need to complete your LA common application form for your other choices of school in addition to a separate application for this school.
For admission in September 2024, these forms should be returned by 15 January 2024 for primary Reception.

For applications made on time for a place in the Intake Reception year, appeals should be made within twenty (20) school days, by Friday 17 May 2024.
For any in-year admissions, appeals should be made, in writing, within twenty (20) school days of the date of refusal.
